When you hire us, your guests get Panos behind the bar making award-winning cocktails to order, Margarita's mezze plates arriving throughout the evening, and a team that has been running great nights since August 2024.
Corporate Events
Edinburgh's best team drinks are the ones nobody wants to leave. We run corporate evenings that hold the room: Panos walking your team through a signature cocktail, mezze plates designed for sharing, no set itinerary unless you want one. Client entertaining, end-of-quarter celebrations, or simply a midweek reason to gather well.
Birthday Celebrations
A birthday should feel like one. We clear the space, build a menu around your guests, and let the evening find its own pace. Signature cocktails on arrival, sharing plates at the table, and a bar that stays open as long as the night does. Whether it is an intimate dinner for twelve or a full venue takeover for sixty.
Cocktail Masterclass
Panos has run bars across Edinburgh, Dublin, and the Greek islands. For 90 minutes, your group gets behind the bar with him and makes three cocktails from scratch, including two Nectar originals. It is part demonstration, part hands-on making, and the kind of evening people mention for weeks. Perfect for hen parties, birthdays, and team building alike.
Capacity
Events can be hosted from as little as 6 people to as many as 60 people, depending on the event and desired structure.
Pricing
We agree on clear prices prior to the event so there are no surprises. Minimum spends, deposits and what is included will be shared prior to the event.
Food & Drink
There are no fixed event packages unless you want one. Based on your needs, we are happy to create a tailored offer for both food and drinks.
