Panos has led bars across Edinburgh, Dublin, and the Greek islands, earning awards for his inventive cocktails. He’s the mastermind behind Nectar’s drinks menu — balancing creativity, precision, and the art of a perfect pour.
Eirini has worked in some of Edinburgh’s finest restaurants and brings a warmth that defines our atmosphere. She’s the sunshine of the team — the kind of person who can brighten your day in one conversation.
Margarita, our Head Chef, has been putting love into food since the beginning of time. With a modern twist on Mediterranean cuisine, she brings fresh ideas and soulful flavours to every plate.
Chris left behind a corporate career to run Nectar’s operations. From the numbers to the logistics, he keeps everything running smoothly so the rest of the team can focus on food, drink, and good energy.
